Happy Thanksgiving

I did get a chance to make those candy turkeys AND I found candy corn. They aren't perfect but still cute. I wouldn't recommend making them in the heat! They melt! LOL

My pies are baked and I have just arrived at my Mom's house to stuff the turkey. Except she forgot something and has had to nip down to the shops :-)

    Wow... Seriously fun and adorable turkeys! Really made me smile. As you know we don't celebrate Thanksgiving here so today is just a Thursday to most people. However today is my ds 19th Birthday. He's coming home for the weekend tomorrow (Friday) so that's good, but my heart is aching today. We chatted on SKYPE and it was lovely till he had to go and I was so empty. First time I have not seen one of my children on their birthday. It's tough. Your cute little turkeys made me smile. Thank-you.
